Other music?

Since most of what we talk about here is LM.C, I wanna know what other music and bands you guys like! So, list your favourite music genres and bands, besides LM.C!

I don't really have much of a preference when it comes to music genre. The only thing I really don't like is American rap and hip hop. I can't stand that crap.

But of course, I love Japanese music of all kinds. I'm also starting to get into K-pop. I also LOVE English music! Honestly.. I'll listen to almost anything in English. (I search far and wide, and pay a lot of money collecting English audio books because I just wanna hear English words! It's weird, I know, but I love this language a lot!)

Anyway, as for bands, these are my top favorites:
ONE OK ROCK, Supercell (though I only really like the songs that are sung by Yanagi Nagi), 2PM, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, An Cafe, CNBLUE, Morning Musume, Rookiez Is Punk'd, 비스윗 Besweet (I'm not sure what the Hangeul part means. I don't know Korean, I just copied it from iTunes.), Diaura, Uverworld, Avenged Sevenfold, The Birthday Massacre, Black Veil Brides, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oingo Boingo, LIGHTS, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Creature Feature, and Bullet For My Valentine.
However I like waaay more than this. These are just the bands, besides LM.C, that I could never live without!

I listen to like the same three bands 8D LM.C is my favourite one maya rocking

The other two are the GazettE and Alice Nine~ sulk

I quite like SuG and Exist Trace too.

:D well for european fans it's expensive to get japanese cds and merch since there aren't much european versions. I really don't wanna know how much money I spent for japanese cds, magazines etc. (and the import charges hurt so much orz)

Beside LM.C I listen to Miyavi, Man with a Mission, One Ok Rock, the GazettE, Girugamesh, BugLug, Disacode, Dir En Grey and at the moment I'm totally fallen for SiM :3 There are a few other japanese bands I listen to from time to time.
Apart from that I listen to Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers (best live band I saw so far *o*), the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Good Charlotte and Marilyn Manson.
And of course some german bands: die toten Hosen :3 Kraftklub and Peter Fox. :)

I'll listen to pretty much any music! Most often I listen to Trance, Techno, Industrial, Drum N Bass, Dubstep, Electro ect.
When I was younger I used to listen to a lot of western rock and I still do sometimes.

Some of my favourite bands besides LM.C are Miyavi, VAMPS, GazettE, Plastic Tree, The Cure, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, Combichrist, The Birthday Massacre, Nine Inch Nails, The Quick Brown Fox, BANDETTO, FIAB, Renard, Jackal Queenston, Owl City, ADAMS, 2NE1, B.A.P, Block B, G Dragon, BIG BANG.

Ah so many more too xD

LM.C has taken over my playlists right now, but otherwise I also listen to Miyavi, Caravan Palace (which plays something called electro swing), some of the GazettE, early Panic! At The Disco songs, SuG, The Gorillaz, and some others. But I've mainly only listened to LM.C this past half a year. :) I also really like old swing songs.

i'm hearing another music from japan because there is a dancer "Tadanon" he is sooo sweet and he can really good dance to good music =) but LM.C is my favorite =D

aww, thank you~ Sadly I rarely meet people with the same music taste like me... :( I wish I would be born a bit earlier when my favourite (non-japanese) bands were on their top of career. But then I wouldn't know about VK-music, I think ;D

Oh my god, I know! I know a lot of people who think I'm weird or crazy for liking some older music.
I wish I was born earlier, too, so I'd have the chance to see Oingo Boingo live. They're my favorite non-Japanese older band. But they disbanded 2 years before I was born. cry

I enjoy Evanescence, Oingo Boingo, Red, Avenged Sevenfold, Talking Heads, Oomph!, Girls Under Glass, Skillet, Girls' Generation, f(x), U-Kiss, Exist Trace, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, techno, and classical music. =)
