Meet Up In Japan, Summer 2014

So, I was talking to MAD_adnap about the fact both of us will be in Japan next summer and suggested we could go around the time of Maya's birthday.

Then we started talking about maybe turning it into a kind of LM.C fan meet up if anyone else was able to go!

We know it's expensive and are only suggesting it if you can afford it, or can save up or if you're going next summer anyway.

So here's a little idea of what we could do! (we might not do all of these things)

go to Maya's birthday live (if he has one)
go to Nagano for a day (apparently this would be expensive as it's on the other side of Japan (width ways))
group shopping Shinjuku Marui One (they sell some groucho things and the official groucho store is closed.)
group shopping in Harajuku and Shibuya, including a visit to STAY REAL store in Harajuku (Maya wears a lot of their clothing!)
make a holiday scrapbook with photos and stories about our meet up in Japan to send to LM.C

it would only be for a week maximum (I'll be going for two weeks but want to do other stuff besides this)
also you'd have to arrange your own accommodation and food and flights and stuff. We're not organising that. We also won't be staying together, but meeting up each day then going back to our own hotels and stuff in the evenings.

i think this is a really cute idea, it sounds like lots of fun!

You know I'm already in ! One week seems to be the perfect deal ! (I'm planning to go for a month but I want to see plenty of things)

you'd have to organise your own hotel and stuff. Since some people going will already be there for a while or be staying longer than the meet up week, they'll probably have already booked to stay at different places. And we can't organise a place to stay for everyone so you have to organise that for yourself.

It could be great! I think I need to wait for the schedule of the school (if I'll be working in the same one at that moment) and decide if I could go or not. maybe I could.
