CONFUSION!!!

This is probably just me but in some LM.C songs I can hear two guitar parts like in the middle of the verses in DOUBLE DRAGON and 88. But since Aiji is the only guitarist of LM.C, who plays the other part?

I think when they're recording they record first the vocals then the guitar then the drums etc. Every instrument is separated and in the end they mix it. So when there are two guitar parts Aiji plays one part first and then the other part and in the end they put it together. I'm not 100% sure and I hope my intention is understandable...?!

Yes that's usually what they do. They record each part separately, and then layer them over each other to get more of an effect.

When it's a live show, Usually there is a bit of a backing track, even though all the instruments are played live. This holds all the sounds that can't be played live, like the second part to the guitar.

At least that's how I understand it! Maybe try and ask Aiji? He seems to like answering questions about technical things like this about music. wwww

Doesn't Maya play guitar? Perhaps he plays the second part while Aiji plays the first part?

aww.. wanna see maya playing guitar on stage (just for a few minutes) :3 I really love it to watch videos when he was member of miyavi's support band (even if I am really jealous that miyavi kissed him :s). He is so cute with the lollipop in his mouth ♥ BUT his voice is too adorable to hide it from the world :3 And of course I can't imagine Aiji not to be the guitarist.

here are some other things which are confusing me...

1. when I was at a cd shop a few days ago I was really surprised because I saw from the corner of my eye a cd cover which looks like wfwh but when I took a closer look it was a cd of red hot chili peppers (stadium arcadium, 2006). the covers of the cds look a bit similiar: the lettering and the universe. Do you think LM.C maybe was inspired by RHCP? Or is it just coincidence?! [I think it's really funny because the bands don't seem to have any similarities, but I listen to RHCP very often, too]

2. I wonder that you can't see maya's upper arm in any video. he always wears shirts which are long enough to cover his upper arm... I really want to know why!!!! here are some of my ideas (WARNING: I don't want to build any rumours!): maybe he doesn't like his upper arm (like reita doesn't like his nose :D), he's got a private tattoo there, maybe Aiji's face?! :D
please don't take it too serious. these are just some things I'm thinking about in the moment... :)

1. I think they made it on purpose as a tribute because this is a very famous album

2. maya seems very modest with his body: his outfits are never very reavealing like other jrockers who show their thighs/shoulders/belly...
(just look at the fans' reaction when a little piece of maya's tummy is shown while he jumps)

Maybe Maya can't be bothered to shave his armpits so he always wears tops with sleeves so he doesn't have to, since it's a VK-ish thing to do. XDD (Though there are those pictures of Aiji where he hasn't shaved lol)

And Hika is right, Maya does seem very modest about his body. Though, there was the show in Taiwan where he pulled down his shirt to show off his shoulder. And you know in the making of chemical King-Twoon he let his shorts fall down... and then theres the pictures from sinners era like

and his shoulders and arms are showing.

Maybe he just likes the way people react when he shows off a little skin so he doesn't do it often otherwise the reaction wouldn't be so strong xDD

Its kind of endearing how maya is very modest about his body. Its a nice change of pace from seeing all the V-K artists showing of a lot of skin. Even though maya does have a nice body and what he does show is just lovely.
