Hey listen, my dad is super cool ☆
I think his sneezing must be the strongest
Coming from Manhattan, it’s ridiculously extreme
From north to south covered in saliva
I’m just fine
I’ll show you that I can fly across the sky without a parachute
’Cause I’m a good kid, I know I’m fully capable to
Even if we’re separated, keep believing in me
My dad hugged me and called me ”God”
I can make him both laugh and cry, altogether
My big brother is pretty fat
He swallowed everything without chewing and became a mushroom
I’m not going to cry
If you scrawl random grafitti in my face, I’ll show you that I can still laugh
I’ll listen to you, I won’t screw up
Even if we’re separated, keep believing in me
In return for the pearl I got
I’ll give myself as a present♪
Won’t that be a surprise?
I’ll make my way through the cotton candy
And become the sun
Diving into a huge diorama
I’m just fine
I’ll show you that I can fly across the sky without a parachute
’Cause I’m a good kid, I know I’m fully capable to
Even if we’re separated, keep believing in me
In return for the pearl I got
I’ll give myself as a present♪
Won’t that be a surprise?
I’ll make my way through the cotton candy
And become the sun
Speaking of wich…
Can I ask for a favor, dad?
I don’t need any more siblings
And please don’t forget me
I wan’t you to promise that
”Today will be sunny (today will be sunny)”
Diving into a huge diorama

Song meaning: ( maybe it doesn't fit here, if so, I'll take it away )
I actually researched this song a little more since I was translating it and everything, and I managed to figure out the story behind it. I haven't really looked at the lyrics earlier, and when I first translated the kanji to romaji, the song looked overall cheerful and not very serious.
Though when searching deeper, I found out it isn't. I guess most people know the meaning, but for those who don't:
It's about the atomic bombings that were conducted against Japan during the end of WWII.
First off, the title. Fat Man and Little Boy are nicknames for the two bombs that exploded over Nagasaki and Hiroshima 1946.
The lyrics are written as if the singer was one of the bombs, the dad is the creators, and the brother is the other bomb. Just read the first verse and it'll make much more sense now, refering to the Manhattan project (the secret development program that produced the first atomic bombs).
One more thing that becomes much clearer when you know the story behind the song, is the "He swallowed everything without chewing and became a mushroom" part. When an atomic bomb explodes, it engenders so called "mushroom clouds".
"I’ll make my way through the cotton candy
And become the sun
Diving into a huge diorama"
Also that part speaks for itself now.
(I'll always be amazed by LM.C's ability to write lyrics this good, that they make it sound/ at first look like a happy nonsense song, but then when you look closer- asdfsf)
Weeell maybe I made this song a little clearer for those who didn't know the meaning of it? Well well. (.w .;)
