This songs seems bitter. Maybe he (any of them, maya or Aiji, the one who wrote the lyrics, most likely maya?) was betrayed by someone, or had some bad experience in life and then he lost some more naivety. Or maybe it's a message for us.
This is what I get from the 2nd part of the lyrics, but the first part is kind of mysterious.

I think he's talking about some kind of 'monster' in his head, that is stopping him from having the naivety that enough love and courage can solve everything. But it seems that he still wants that naivety, therefore he asks for 'illusions', but he can't get it back.

With the angels and devils, maybe he's losing part of his conscience - it's just a 'do whatever you want' kind of thing, like a 'who cares if it's right or wrong just do it if you want to'. This conveys the message of letting yourself be selfish.

So yes basically it's probably a whole 'screw everything and just do what you wanna doooo~' from this point of view XD

It's really misterious. I think it's more like criticism to our current lifestyle, depending on the opinion of others related to our actions. It invites us to do whatever we want without worrying about the opinion of other people. It's our life and we can do whatever we want, even though the consequences may not be the ones we wish. (Okay, this is more like Milou's interpretation. It's not the real meaning u_u )
